From early beginnings with a neighborhood lemonade stand to founding a successful lacrosse camp at age 12, Joe has always had a knack for entrepreneurship. After selling his first venture, he moved to New York to explore new opportunities in the financial sector, quickly making his mark by helping innovative entrepreneurs transform their ideas into thriving businesses. His knack for recognizing potential led him to work on a variety of projects across different industries—from a groundbreaking cannabis company in Uruguay to an energy tech venture fund in the U.S. His ventures include pioneering efforts in modular food halls, strategic mineral mining, and robotics in cannabis production.Joe's diverse experience in identifying and nurturing potential makes him uniquely suited for his latest role: bringing Wilder Way Media to the forefront of children’s entertainment. As the lead investment strategist, Joe is committed to ensuring that Wilder Way Media becomes a household name in delivering compelling and innovative entertainment for kids.

As a founding member and the former Director of Development at the kid's and family animation studio, Curiosity Ink Media, Matt Cubberly created and developed over 26 TV/feature film properties - shepherding them from initial concept through development, pitching, and production. Within 4 years, his efforts helped grow the studio’s valuation to $28MM, at which point it was acquired by media conglomerate, GROM Social in 2021.Among the properties he's created/led development on are the holiday feature film (and online universe) SANTA.COM, the Maz Jobrani-led (Netflix) series LAUGH ON LORP, the preschool TV series BUDDY GATOR (based on the acclaimed online comic strip), and other in-production features/series including THE PIRATE PRINCESS, THUNDEROUS, HEY FUZZY YELLOW, and many more.Years prior to his successful exit of Curiosity Ink Media, Matt founded a variety of companies in the Kids & Family industry, including toys, games, and books. Originally a children's author, he grew his publishing house and spun off the company’s B2B arm to create PufferPrint, a global book-printing company which he ultimately sold in 2019.As the Founder & CEO of WilderWay Media, Cubberly leads creative development and production.  Understanding the importance - and substantially elevated financial returns - of building a “franchise” as opposed to a stand-alone property, Cubberly orchestrates story, character, heart, rewatchability, and merchandisability to create properties that are cross-platform, cross-demographic, that speak to human-truths, and forever leave audiences demanding more.

From humble origins to the heights of entrepreneurial success, Gib Stewart's journey is a testament to perseverance, vision, and astute business acumen. Gib's expansive experience and breadth of knowledge have positioned him as a luminary in investment strategy and business development.Gib's trajectory was marked by a pivotal entry into real estate investment amidst economic upheaval. His knack for recognizing potential and his aptitude for value creation led him to focus on residential real estate investment, a venture that bloomed into a thriving property management enterprise.He soon leveraged his seasoned expertise with a dynamic new adventure into property development. Leading the orchestration of a wildly successful string of medical and dental office buildings across the United States, he cemented his position as a formidable influencer in the world of investment.A life-long fan of kids & family movies/TV for his own family, Gib was thrilled to helm the capital-raise of a groundbreaking new studio, WilderWay Media. In his current role at the studio, as Head of Investment Strategy, Gib harnesses his wealth of knowledge to fuel the growth of the company.In the fast-paced world of media, Gib's broad investment experience and keen business insights provide WilderWay Media with a distinct and powerful advantage, all while directly fueling the studio's ability to craft and deliver compelling stories, giving life to the magical world of film and TV that audiences worldwide cherish.
